Is there an additional charge for art/typesetting? No, we have provided some sample templates to choose from or you may e-mail us the information needed.

Can I custom design my own envelope? Yes, just make sure envelope setup is same size as the envelope and have a minimum 1/8" border all around.

What files do you accept? pdf

How do I place a re-order? 1. Select item/s to purchase 2. After checkout page you will be directed to the upload file page 3. Enter name,e-mail and under is this a re-order select yes (re-order without changes) 4. Any change from previous order a new pdf file will need to be uploaded with correct changes.

What size should my page layout be? Page layout should be size of envelope you are ordering (ex. pew envelope layout size 3.125x6.25 same size as actual envelope).

Can I send an image as a bleed? No

Will I receive a proof before my job is printed? Yes

What is your normal production time? Your order will ship in 2-3 business days after we receive approval from you.

Where is the upload file page? After placing order you will be directed to the order status page where a pew envelope template can be selected and a pdf file can be uploaded.

What if I need different job specs other than what is shown? Please fill out our quote form on the home page and we will gladly send you a quote.

Can I pickup my order and not pay shipping? Yes (enter pickup on discount line) and shipping will be deducted from total price.
